What is the problem? Who is affected? Describe the condition, pain point, or unmet need in the real world. Where and when does the problem occur? Why is it important to solve this problem?
A clear statement about how your future customers will benefit by using your innovation is a value proposition. Describe how you think you can help and how it’s different from alternatives. A simple framework to craft your value proposition is “We will help [X] achieve [Y] by doing [Z].”
